What a wonderful way to help young people realize the importance of being thankful! This delightful 15-minute skit includes everything you need to share this lesson with your students. In the play, a wise teacher helps her class discover the real meaning of Thanksgiving Day - not just turkey, football and a day off from school - but rather food, clothing, home, family, friends and good health. The play includes 4 original pop-style songs and a simple script which allows many students to have a speaking part. The Performance/Accompaniment cassette features a full performance (with children singing) on Side A, while Side B includes just the accompaniment.
